CDTX (Cal Train) #917 is racing thru Coyote, just South of San Jose on the way home with the Garlic Express operated in conjunction with the Gilroy Garlic Festival.

Engine in the middle. Very unusual to see CalTrain running in this configuration.

Note the unusual car arrangement: cab cars at each end with engine in the middle. This was a special train used the film the CalTrain line; note cardboard camera shade in the cab car window.

Caltrain's 917 (the "Gilroy") is parked on track 4 at San Jose's Diridon station during the CTX weekend shutdown.
